Wheather you are out and about for something specific to the field, or you happen to be shopping in general. Do lightbulbs and mathimatical "could this work" moments arive frequently? I have noticed a real uptick in my overall mental since I have dicided to jump back on board into this hobby and not just back on board but farther and better than in the past. I cant help but think back when im in one of these situations at the store, back on my first run at it when I was just a youngster do the same mathimatical could this work equations as I do now, just with less experience. Its nice saving time these days and streamlining the experince, but I do take a second to take it all in. I feel like its what I was called for maybe getting deep into the cacti game too. Im apart of some damn good...facebook groups and theres action... I must add that the covid situation has effected this vibe as well, Im masked up because I give a fuck and technically Im not out for anything essential, but in in my heart and my mind I am. What are your shopping experiences and vibes related to mycology? Are the wheels turning?

I'd say yeah, in general the hobby has helped give me something to focus on when I'm not at work.
I don't know about any lightbulb moments or anything, but it's helped a LOT with the anxiety I was having when shopping. (I would get crazy anxious even before all this covid stuff, and shopping for anything was a nightmare, before I tried mushrooms.)
The hobby directly (and indirectly) has helped me with a lot of that, as well as helping me overcome my fear of pressure cookers!

I did a couple grows 5 years ago and never picked it back up. Mainly because I don't like Mushrooms very much.
I don't like Edibles and in terms of tripping I'm not really a fan either. I prefer LSD in that regard. It is however a nice feeling to know that I have the ability to grow if I ever got the itch again.

Yea the itch...that thing is real. Well, I got a buddy and he was a legit fuck for along time but he cleaned up pretty much and got a hobby doing these quasi gambling/ basketball card colleting/facebook live raffles. A bunch of weird shit...well he started really getting successful. Doesnt have to work now, litterally over sports cards. But moral of the story everyone around me was diverging in there hobby, and this is truly the only hobby I had the money, desire, and knowledge to pull off. In regards to profits my goal is to become "deeply rooted" in the cacti scene after I build up a small nest egg to fund it. They are really hot right now with and is a legit thing someone can do... My goal is to get stock, and implement some of my buddys formats for running raffles and pulls on his cards on facebook live, but with cacti. They get like 10 people a thing, and do a random number generator live. And some other stuff...I guess people are really coming up on some basketball cards these days.

Meh. Once that initial first investments are made, only thing I spend $ on is grain and coir.
I do chuckle from time to time when I pass by various cult items I see about in stores.
