I've seen outdoor mushroom gardens done on instagram. How they came out i do not know. The soil always loves a snack.

Years back in college I would toss spent subs in the dumpsters. We had a raccoon hanging in the dumpsters I guess because one day I was leaving for work and a huge raccoon was walking in slow motion in circles around a bush...
If you're throwin' em in the garden, toss some manure/coir on top of it for a bit of a snack!

Ya'll don't think certain contams can mess with or kill the plants? I mean... I wouldn't... personally... second opinions?
Shit. I guess I shall prepare for racoons.

What certain contams? Bacteria is already present in the soil and trichoderma is good for the plants. Only thing I hate about having spent sub in the garden is it attracts extra bugs. It's never been a problem anywhere else but my current locate it attracts some sort of flying bugs that are laying(hatching wtfe they do) larvae in my tomatoes ruining them.

Well, where do you think those contams originated from?
