Hyphal knots not pinning 1

So I have this monotub: - 7q rye - 4q composted hpoo - 2q hay - 2q verm - 2q coir - 0.5q gypsum
Day 11 after putting into fruiting conditions A lot of knots appeared 7 days ago Just noticed some light bruising in 1 small area
Been fanning 3-5 times a day I humidify with a hand held ultrasonic fogger untill I can't see shit inside the tub.
Now some pins appeared but from the side. Nothing from the main surface.
Hyphal knots:

Humidity has been extremely high since the beginning:

A handful of side pins:

Am I screwing it up with a parameter? Too humid maybe? When I mist, I really fogg the shit out of it. Am I overdoing it?

Might be against the grain, but I'd slow down the FAE a bit. Do 3x a day at evenly spread intervals. Once when you get up, once around midday, and again right before bed. Do this for a week. Bruising on the sub is the sub drying out. If you are fanning less you don't have to mist as much, and the sub won't get as stressed from releasing as much moisture and will put more energy into developing fruits.

I believe that misting during pinning phase is no good idea. Good evaporation from substrate surface needed for pinning formation

You want to mist the substrate directly, then let it evaporate off, then mist again. It’s a cycle of evaporation. You don’t need a humidifier or fogger whatev for a monotub. Electronics often bring trouble. Evaporation from the surface is a pinning trigger, if it’s too moist in there all the time you won’t get that.

The surface looks too dry, you need the tiny water beads. You shouldn’t need to fan at all either.

Regardless it should pin soon, 11 days isn’t that long.
You have a crazy sub mix, could be some good mushrooms.

Ok, I get the evaporation cycle but I figured the fogger would jack Rh so mich that it would condensate on the surface.
I know I should use the search function (I have) but I get so many different MOs and do's and dont's, sometimes contradicting...
Cause the fogger did get me a crazy amount of hyphal knots, they just won't pin.
So to go from knot to pin, THAT's where the evaporation cycle comes into play?

You may have gotten the knots in spite of using the fogger not necessarily because of it, I wouldn’t base too much off a single instance in an MS grow since the conditions the mushrooms like can vary so much. But it’s just a general guideline that you want a balanced cycle of evap. For cubes I use the philosophy of maximum fresh air without drying the substrate and that has worked well for me.
I’ve had some contaims here and there but I’ve never had a grow fail to pin, or pins fail to mature or do a mass abort or anything like that ever. It might be my MD weather, fairly humid all the time that allows for more play on fruiting conditions idk.
