Hey Just looking for advice on safe amount of Fly Agaric to consume and some preparation tips if it is possible, from what I have researched it seems okay to have a little bit and boil it but would rather be safe than sorry

That depends what you want to do with it. If your goal is dinner, I don't think it's any limit. You have to boil them for some time before you fry it. Or whatever, just boil it for a long time and toss the water, I'm sure you'll find recipes online. If you're after a trip, I think 1-5 medium sized dried caps would be the common dosage. There's no chance of poisoning, but some people apparently does stupid things on them, so start low. And do some reading first.

Just keep in mind, if you do intend to consume them the results can vary wildly.
Muscimol/ibotenic acid call content varies widely between Europe and North America, as well as between whichever region they were found. So much so, this has been a topic of debate for classification into distinct species and subspecies.
If, you are intending to consume them for gourmet purposes there have been reports of individuals boiling extensively and frying them with no ill effects, then having an intense reaction with the same techniques applied to another batch. They are generally not recommended for consistent culinary use.
If, you are intending consumption for the mind altering effects. Generallly, some kind of boiling, roasting, or otherwise cooking seems to yield the smoothest results. Opinions on the suitability of muscimom vs ibotenic acid for consumptions vary, and to what extent heating can change their composition.
So, you can do your own research, before deciding on dosage and preparation method.
But, either way I would be prepared for a wild ride. These are not like taking psilocybin. The cholinergic effects are similar to but not quite on par with with glycoalkaloids found in datura and such. Some vomiting, physical discomfort, confusion and delirium can be expected.
There most favorable effects seem to be in their dream inducing effects. So, I would prepare to take them before being ready for a comfortable night in, and possibly have no commitments the next day to get over the after effects.
