Shake advice—different growth speeds between jars (Liquid Innoculant)

These 4 rye jars were inoculated 5 days ago using Blenderless Liquid Inoculate Tek. As you can see, one jar is significantly more colonized than the others. I mustn't have poured an equal amount of LI into each jar. I also didn't use all the LI, so I don't think much mycelium ended up in the slower jars, because it seems they don't have as many inoculation points as I would expect.
Should I shake any of these to try to have them reach 100% colonized at a similar time? Like I was going to maybe wait for the 3 slower ones to reach 1/3 colonized, then shake all 4 jars.
And, is it even that bad to leave a jar at 100% for a few days to wait for the others to catch up? My understanding is that you don't want a 100% jar sitting around for too long, but I don't quite understand why this is
Many thanks!

You don't want a 100% colonized jar sitting around for too long because the mycelium will grow too thick. This will make shaking the jars and breaking up the grains very difficult.
When I'm using jars and have one too far ahead or some to far behind I take the jars that I don't want to get over colonized and shake them, typically when 100% colonized. This will give the other jars about 24 hours to catch up before it bounces back. Just don't do it too much. As a side note its good to shake jars about 24 hours before spawning (depending on strain/species) to allowing grains to bounce back so they can immediately start to colonize the substrate.
You could always do a smaller tub/tray and use the jar that's close to 100% for a g2g transfer and get some more jars ready for the next tray/tub.

OK super, thank you so much!
Do people still soak/rehydrate spawn in the jar before mixing with the substrate?
