Side pins before full colonization in grow bag

First time grower/poster here.

I have been growing this bag for a couple months and what should I do about this? Since there are side pins forming, should I put the bag into fruiting conditions even though it is not fully colonized? Or should I leave it alone to fully colonize? Will the side pins die if I do that? I don't want that. There is some yellow liquid and the patch that hasn't colonized seems stalled (maybe), so could there potentially be a contamination??

The yellow liquid is metabolites and is from some kind of contamination most likely bacterial. That will cause early pinning sometimes. It's best to let it keep colonizing even at the cost of a couple pins rather than open it early and cause it to contaminate like crazy.
What is all in that bag and how was it inoculated?

I purchased the bag on ebay, It's a 5lb compost and rye grain bag. I just inoculated it using an alcohol soaked paper towel on the syringe, it was probably a little sloppily done. No mask or gloves. I guess I will leave it be, just worried the side pins are going to be all I get and everything is going to fail.

Yeah I agree with Rumfor let it ride. Usually once pinning occurs your not gonna see full colonization. But there is a high probability of bacterial contamination.

Hopefully you can get something out of that bag.
If you decide to try your own grow this link has all the good stuff. It’s like the special forces of cube growing info. https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/24144021

Just a little extra info metabolites don't always mean contamination they are produced for several reasons. Thought I'd add this since your new.
I agree that since it stalled and pinning that heavily this early its likely a contamination.
Do I see pink/purple spots in that bag or is it just light reflecting on the bag and/or my computer screen. pink/purple can be a dangerous contaminant.

I took it out and checked the bag and didn't see any pink so Im guessing it was light reflecting.
