Filing bankruptcy from overseas

I had a massive amount of medical bills and credit card debt as well as a few other smaller things here and there. Probably an electric bill and things like that. I basically just up and left to Australia and left the dumpster fire behind me.
I'm in aus now and doing quite well with a nice little savings. I've been procrastinating filing bankruptcy in the states for a few years and I'm coming to the end of my Australian life since immigration is near impossible without marriage.
I don't want to go back to America. Absolutely hate the place. I'll be trying to cling on to a few other countries that allow working visas for a year or two but there's a limited supply.
So Im wondering how complicated applying for bankruptcy would be if I'm forced to come back to that hell hole?

Why bother. Just run from your debts here too.

Due to fear of wage garnishment. I want to open a business so I can skip the whole minimum wage part of America.

Please don't open a business here.
If you have any skills especially enough to employ or manage people you wouldn't make anything near minimum wage in America.

Oh I see. My anti American sentiment has your panties in a bunch.
Do you not see how similar to North Korea that thought process is? I reckon I woke up to the brainwashing. I could be wrong or you could be wrong. Don't know for sure. I hate America though 😎😎😎
But thanks for de-railing my thread. I'll be sure to get on me knees for America and really put my throat to use in the future so you don't get offended. Give you your little safe space.

I could give a shit about some zone with invisible boundaries. It's 100% about your attitude.
A place that clearly isn't a hell hole is only a hell hole if your perspective is bad.
That attitude and perspective isn't business friendly.
And the way you handled your finances like the current American president isn't becoming of a business owner
And that the only way you could rationalize what I had to say was to imagine my panties in a twist. Also not becoming of a leader

Don't need to be a leader to operate a business though I'm probably a good one. And a past failure doesn't mean permanently a failure. For someone who hates invisible boundaries you sure put me in a lot of them pretty quickly.
I'm savvy as hell and my business will be fine. I survived at home in America barely able to walk by buying and selling stuff. And considering my financial failure was health related.... I mean....
I want you to have a good day of course. Have no interest in upsetting anyone. I'm just on here because I've never filed bankruptcy before 😂😂😆

It will cost you a little over $2500, you have to prove you have almost nothing in the way of assets and swear this under oath to a judge (they exclude retirement accounts), and you can't do it from overseas.

Typical. Make having no money official cost quite a lot of money

He always is like that for some reason. Such a pleasant poster to be around, right? I'm not sure why he's a moderator.
