Decent find, Identify Mushrooms (Melbourne, Aus)

Hi Guys. First time here. Have never picked before and really haven't had much experience with physcadelics at all, just 1-2 times. I am trying to change that hehe.
Habitat: found these in a Parkland, nearby urban development. Grassy area amongst leafy trees, decaying organic matter like wood chips etc. Shady spot where the grass seems always dampish?
Hoping the pictures will provide enough physical detail. One thing to note; I have pulled the mushrooms and squeezed the stems approx 1 hour ago, and so far this has not presented any colour bruising that I can detect?
What are your thoughts? Thanks very much in advance.

Thanks for checking. Bugger I'm struggling to upload on the post. It's telling me it won't accept file if I attach from gallery or take picture directly. Jpg.

Cheers... i think I'm getting the swing of it. Hoping can see my pics are now on post?
Gee the species 'marasmius oreades' look identical!
The only intersting I notice after a Wikipedia check tell me They're typical in North America and Europe in the summer. I am in Melbourne Aus, and it's getting cold. Summer is done here.
I am curious if they could be Psilocybe subaeruginosa which are apparantly common in my part of the world, and this part of Aus.
The only thing I can still note is there's no bruising yet on any of the stems! Not sure if that's relevant or not?

Definitely NOT subaeruginosa. Keep looking!
Im in SA and i have found Marasmius oreades here in Autumn/Winter, so they will be in Vic too.
USA seasons are different. Winter is generally snow in the colder states, Autumn is shroom season. Im guessing they get nice downpours in Summer, hence the shrooms. There is usually exceptions to the rule.

sigh. Oh well I'll keep on the looking out.
On a side note, I'm aware of poisonous mushrooms, but if they're not immediately identified as harmful, is there any somewhat safe way of trying mushrooms?
I mean could you nibble a little, wait 24hrs, nibble more the next time, wait 24hrs?
Someone in history has to have done it right ??? Hehehe

Absolutely not. Don't eat a mushroom if you don't know what it is.
