Humidity, your not supposed to put the Gladware things in a pressure cooker. You use those in the microwave. That was your problem with the Gladware containers.

Thanks humidity I called up a Ace Hardware store a few miles away in a small town and found some jars! I sterilized all my jars last night, let them cool untill this morning and then added my spores. I guess we'll see how this goes. Hopefully I didn't screw anything up to badly

Kast is right!!! Sterilized vegetables are commonly packed in glass jars (good appearance). Different sizes are possible and you can sterilize them in a high pressure cooking pan.
