While Setting A Service Pole Today, I Happened To See These Guys Hanging Out About 10 Foot In A Tree. I'm Pretty Sure They Are Pleurotus Ostreatus, What Do Y'all Think?
I Hope So, Because I Bear Hugged Up The Tree To Take Pics & Collect Them (Habitat Pics Kinda Blurry)
Cap - Whitish Cream Color, Yellowish At The Edges.
Gills - Same Color As Caps, All One Color, Yellowish At The Edges.
Stipe - Not Really A Stipe, Gills Run All The Way Down.
Growing From A Tree With The Top Snapped Off.

Tree They Were Growing From

Same exact trees in my creek habitat that produce them year round more heavy from November-Febuary and smaller fruits like this throughout the rest of the year...Killer find brother
Edit**
Totally relate to the trees tops being snap off as well I think it's due to the bark splitting down and getting weak from the snapped location to the ground later this year I'm going to get some pics of the trees down below me in the spring that fruit from ground up it's insane

Update: I Just Cooked Them, Sauteed Them In Butter For About 10-15 Mins. My First Time Finding & Eating Them, They Are Absolutely Delicious! I Can't Believe It, They Don't Even Taste Like A Mushroom.
These Are Literally One Of The Best Things I've Tasted. Appreciate The Confirmation Guys
