First grow problems: Stalled shoebox/size of mushrooms

So I'm nearing the end of my first proper grow and I'm running into a couple of issues. These two shoeboxes were spawned on the same day and had pins on the same day but one seems to have stalled out. Some other boxes are lagging behind as well. They were spawned 1:1.5 coir with a small top layer, pins found on the 16th for the two in question. One has a few mushies with the veil just starting to break but they're a bit on the smaller side, possibly due to overhydrated coir but I never had issues with pooling, it was just hard to dial in field capacity the first time. The shoeboxes are kept on a shelf in the extra bedroom with 12/12 65k light supplemented by ambient sunlight from a nearby window with a ceiling fan on low for FAE.
My questions are, is this tub stalled/aborted and what should I do about it? and the other question is average size of mushrooms. I know genetics play a significant factor and these are the first transfers from a multispore but even so these seem on the small side. What's a good height/cap diameter for a first grow? Though I suppose weight is more important at the end of the day, I'm just not sure if I should pick some of these or let them go a bit longer.

Surface conditions have been kept well
Size reference

The stalled ones are a darker shade of brown, but not the black I've seen referenced to aborts. Should I just leave them be? increase FAE? I thought they might need water because of the pinset but I'm pretty sure the coir I used was at least at FC if not more and I've read not to bugger with it too much til after the first flush.
The full grow log can be found in my sig for anyone interested. The variety is Pink Buffalo. Thank you in advance for any tips/advice.

Left tub is very close to done, maybe wait another 12h. Let the right tub do whatever it wants for a few more days.

Yeah they look pretty normal. I was surprised how small the mushrooms were my first bunch of grows.
Sometimes you’ll get bigger ones in the second or third flush.
A couple in the bigger tub are done and the rest will follow. They go real quick at the end. Definitely by tonight they’ll be opened up.
