while Thanatos appears in human form he resides in a stratosphere many levels above inept humans and their silly limited educational restraints, for thanatos' mind is of such immense power it would take a billion human brains combined to even approach the level of power his mind harnesses

The only real proof we have of what he/it is, is that he/it is responding to messages using characters within this program.
He is most likely AI... or AU.

It’s mostly because the ways of people are strange to me and I can’t relate to them

So everyone else in the world is too strange so you can't relate to a single person
It sounds like a you problem to be honest Thanatos
And for the record I'm not taking a shot at you because believe me I know the feeling of not relating to most people

I've been there for most of my life and I changed the s*** around by accepting other people's point of view and altering my behavior around others to make it a little bit more acceptable for the greater good of my being as a whole.
Trying to alter behavior to make it acceptable is what we do to our children in an attempt to help them become more successful.
We also do it everyday so that we don't get into fist fights every day and we don't go to jail, keep a job, etc.
Saying that you "can't" while being human, is laughable.

Autism makes it nearly impossible to connect to some people in some ways.
I'm not taking a jab at the dude, he mentioned he has aspergers. And I'm sorry I didn't see until after we spoke last.
Aspergers isn't something you can change. Though you can develop healthier perspectives with it. Generally takes special types of therapy rarely accessible to adults though.

It's not a contradiction.
If you're born with blind spots of empathy due to being born with autism or a mental illness you can't gain those blind spots.
It's like being color blind. If you can't see red no amount of anything is going to make you see red.
But you can come to an understanding that red exists and that red is significant to other people.
Pointing out that someone is legitimately color blind.... also isn't a contradiction. It's a pretty significant piece of information for our empathy and understanding.
If anything I'm going out of my way to say I'm a bit of an asshole when I last engaged with him and tossed out the idea that he might be a psychopath. That was an asshole move and I regret it.

I am on the spectrum, which made things complicated when it came to friendships and relationships. I only ever had playmates my whole life so I don’t know what friendship really is, and when it comes to relationships I tend to do the same. Returning emotions isn’t my strong suit and I have problems understanding why other people get excited over stuff or cry over stuff. I just don’t get people in general.
