MS syringe → agar. How long is too long?

Currently day 13 of waiting for multispore solution (Golden Teacher) to germinate on agar (2g ME + 2g Agar + 200ml).
Dropped a small drop via syringe onto 3 plates - 13 days later all 3 plates are just sitting with a drop on their surface showing no growth? I've kept them in a gently incubated box (temp ~70F but drops low at night), as my house has been consistently below 65F.
One of the plates:

Is this too long? How long does the process of germination normally take with MSS on agar? Should the drop of solution be absorbed by the agar?
Unsure of whether to start new plates or just wait a little bit longer?
Also on another note are these wheat grains too dry? And is the spot of moisture (red circle) a problem?

Cheers guys

Update:
I read somewhere that it can take up to a month for spores to germinate.
I got bored of waiting so inoculated another 3 plates with a different vial of GT MS. Also 3 more plates with Galidoi spore solution. It was a productive 420 .
I'm guessing this long wait is due to my cold house?
We'll see what happens.

Those grains look ok the little wet spot is normal and fine.
13 days is quite awhile but not unheard of. Don't say their name but did the spores come from a sponsor here?
My house is 68-70°F and I don't notice that much of a difference in times. Maybe a tiny bit slower. Guess you just gotta keep waiting cause yes, it can take longer sometimes.

The site I used isn't a sponsor but they stocked the same branded spore vial/syringe package as one of the sponsors. I've used the same brand and strain before with no problems. We'll see.
3 days is crazy! What temperature was that?

That was at room temp. Also that's transparent mycelium that's visible at 3 days it take a few more to turn white to where you can see it without looking at it against light. If you tilt your plate to the light you can spot it really early. Pretty neat.
