In Need of Your Expertise! (BRF Colinization + My Methods) 1

Hey there, I'm relatively new to the mushroom growing game and wanted to pass this by you lovely folks for a second look, in case I'm doing something majorly wrong or have any tips.
This is my 2nd attempt at growing B+ Psilocybin Cubensis (I followed PF Tek the first time, and it went alright... No contams but yield was pretty low).
This time, I'm doing BRF cakes + trying out a mini monotub (shoutout to Pastywhyte) and am using sterilized WBS as a bulk substrate. I'll also be trying Agar for the first time (shoutout to Pastywhyte again for your easy agar tek).
I have 2.5pints of BRF colonizing right now (it's been 5 weeks since inoculation). I am using B+ spores, used 1cc per 0.5pint BRF jar. I plan on mixing this with about 3.5pints of substrate in the mini monotub.
Everything seems to be going well so far, here's a few questions I have:
1) Is it okay that my spores are taking awhile to fully colonize? Thinking it might be about 7-8 weeks when the jars will be ready for the FC. Here's some pictures I took today at 5 weeks:

2) Should I wait for all my BRF jars to be ready for the mini monotub and do it all at once? If not, how would I go about staggering the addition of my BRF cakes to the mini monotub?
3) How should I go about maintaining the FC? What I've read seems to indiciate misting once a day + fanning a few times a day should be sufficient?
Okay, that's about all I have to share. Thank you for your time, I really appreciate any insight given.
Have a great day.

They are indeed taking a long time. My spores took 4 weeks to fully colonize a halft pint. Anyways, you should spawn them in one go. If one of them for example is some how really slow, I think it's ok to just scrape off the brf and spawn it like that. I don't know about misting minimonos, but it depends on mono and how you have it dialed in and the surface conditions at the time of course. And welcome to the Shroomery! I'm a new member myself as you can see. Wish you luck in your grows!

Hello InnerWisdom, thank you for your reply! Yeah, I'm not sure why they're taking so long (been trying to keep it somewhat near the recommended temperature). But I'm fine with waiting as long as they don't go bad on me or something.
Ah, I'll keep that in mind about spawning them in one go, and the FC tips as well, thank you.
Thanks for the warm welcome! You're too kind, wishing you well in your grows too!

Hate to say it but you did not prep your PF jars right. There are flooded with water. The material should look like damp sand. That's way too wet, looks bacterial in there. Not good.
I would take the tape off those holes ASAP and let the insides of the jar dry out. As long as you have that dry verm layer, your cakes will be safe.

Ah, I didn't realize they were too moist. Took the tape off just now. (Keep the lid on, right?) Good catch, will keep it in mind for my next grow.
Thanks for your help, I appreciate it a lot LogicaL Chaos!!

Yup. Leave the lid on. No Prob. remember Field Capacity is damp not soaking-wet.
