Was looking to use a temp controller with a small fan pushing heat out and and humidity controller with a humidifier plugged in all Of this incased in a greenhouse tent for indoors what would I use to say cool down the environment efficiently if it were to get too hot?

Use your house's thermostat. It controls the temp just fine.
You literally don't need anything else.
If your lights make too much heat, move them further away.

I’m talking about running a business for gourmet mushrooms The product needs to be right and standardized. My house varies in temps.

Heheh I actually thought that may have happened. I was just thinking about zipping up plastic around the shelves like a greenhouse and using a temp and humidity controller. One connected to a heater with fan built in and a humidifier ( temps without this are averaging 60’s F and 60% RH without anything. I don’t expect the temps to get too hot but how can I cool it down.

I've got one like this I used to run a portable AC unit at a pot grow I used to have

There are ones that control humidity as well
They aren't cheap but I've had that one a very long time and ran a lot of power thru it

It depends on where you are located. If you are in a humid place build a swamp cooler.

You've got this backward. If you live in arid ( low humidity) then a swamp cooler will help.
