A month ago and 7 days I inoculated 5 jars with psilocybin cubensis (B+) and the jars still aren't 100% colonized. Should I wait until they are 100% or birth them now?

Got any pics?
There could be something wrong with the PF mixture.

There's a lockdown you know
They look a little dry to me. If it was me I'd wait it out another week and see how it goes and try notice if its growing or stalled. Stalled could indicate a contam (as can be the way with syringes) but could also be that the cake is too dry, in which case after waiting it might be worth dunking and rolling in verm, hope that the exposed sub gets covered before contams set in.
Also, not sure if this is widely accepted by people here but when I had some jars go slow like this I sat them upside down which helped finish them off.

Is that picture taken through a tub or something? Looks cloudy.
They are already fruiting in the jars so they are either ready to rock, or there is some contamination and they’re trying to Hail Mary some spores into the world.
Those tall half pints sometimes have problems with colonizing the bottom of the cake, the short wide mouth are the ones you want. And it’s ok to turn them upside down and knock the cake loose to allow the bottom to colonize if you need to but once you flip, don’t flip them back over because now your dry vermiculite layer that catches contam spores will be all shaken around and may give you trouble if you still have some uncolonized spots nearby.
In your case though I think I’d just let them out.

Yup didn't notice the mush growing inside, and the photo has been taken with them in the tub. I now think possible contam.

Where do you see the mush? If you mean the mushy blob on the side of one of the jars those are some mushrooms.

It was only a hike with lots of social distancing
I'll wait about half a week then i will decide on dunking/rolling or not.

Thanks for the pics. I do see some blobing going on. Looks like the cakes stalled out and didnt colonize the bottom like its supposed to. Not a big deal. U can still fruit a partial/fragmented cake. Also i suggest not using regular mouth half-pints. They are a pain to use. Try wide-mouth jars. Much better choice.
