First oyster grow, thought these were blues, looking brown should I bring indoors?

First ever bucket of oysters I’ve done, thought they were blues so I’ve been fruiting in the garage the biggest cluster is now already 7 days old. Seems a bit slow should I bring them inside? Yes I know I’m missing the lid so I’m doing some jenky shit up top but I mean it’s got a ton of pins up there lol
Im in Canada so my garage is quite cold probably less than 10 degrees Celsius

They look good I would not worry about the color. My 3015 is always more of a gray color. I wouldn't change anything. Growing them in colder temps like you are will cause them to grow slower. But you will get a thicker better mushroom.

Yeah your conditions are pretty optimal for blues, I agree don't change anything. The warmer they get the less blue color you'll get. Also you don't want them to get any less air. Blues are the most air hungry, even amongst other oysters if you ask me.

I see grey more than brown
But yeah that's what blue oysters look like. They're not really all that blue, it just sounds better than "grey oysters".

Here is what my blues looked like when they were little, I didn't have the parameters dialed in so I didn't get the best looking mushrooms, but they were blue when they were little. I think yours are blue oysters too, sometimes they just look brown/gray.

They are blue oyster or they would not be doing that good in the cold temps. I guess they could be another cold-weather oyster. But my guess is they are just what you were told they are blue oyster. They are the same color as my Amycel 3015 which is a blue oyster. The brighter the light the more color you get. But they will never actually look blue.

The colder it is, the slower they grow. But the better the quality
