Should I gradually lower the light intensity to imitate the natural behavior of the sun cycle?

I think my shrooms are a bit cheated.

Instead of dynamic switching the light ON and OFF would it be better to...

... Use a mechanical elevator and set a horizontal plane through the lamp, and make the lamp itself slide down gradually.

Let's say for about 1.45 hours.

What do you think?

hmm, interesting, but i think that there is no reason for it...

I don't stress about my lights... i just turn them on when i wake up and off when i go to sleep (in different times each day). The mushrooms seem to not give a shit. I heard that some people even leave the lights on 24/7.

I think that mushrooms don't care about day cycle, since they try to grow their fruits as fast as possible anyway.
