Bicycle Day 2020 4

So who's gonna celebrate in the traditional manner on Sunday for Bicycle Day?
I'm gonna drop late Saturday night and ride into the day in style.

Meh don't you just feel all sleep deprived and nonfunctional the next day?
I myself much prefer to dose acid or mushrooms during the early day.
I would rather drop early Sunday morning. That way still manage to go to sleep without just laying in bed wide awake the whole night which sucks ass. Better for the brain/sleep schedule...

No bike riding but maybe a walk and tree scouting for mushrooms.

Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Psalm 12:6 The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Hebrews 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. Revelation 3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

Thanks Cosmic Flame. I'm definitely with you, night tripping is far preferable.
Very soon for me now, just had a nice long nap. I live in the future compared to most of the rest of the world. It's Saturday night already now, nervous excitement is setting in. I've missed a few years because the day has been landing on Wednesdays and the like.

If you value a normal sleep schedule it's not.

Meh, normal sleep schedule isn't that important to me. You'd be surprised how much sleep you can get away with not having and still feel fine, as long as you still eat well. I've spent many years testing those limits both working and partying.

Lol, I cannot say the same. The older I get the less I'm able to push those limits. Congratz on still being able to.
While night tripping tends to allow my mind more freedom to give visuals in the dim light, there's something so divine about walking across low hills on a beautiful day while admiring the shapes the twisting purple clouds make above and against the swaying treeline.
Have an excellent trip Northerner!

I always strive for minimum 8 hours of sleep, ideally 9+
But I don't go to bed till 4+am
So dropping in the evening is all good

I use to smoke meth, so I highly value being able to get to sleep every night.

Even sober, some nights I just can not manage to sleep, and it sucks. Laying wide awake in bed (full night of insomnia) just fells so disgusting to me.
Do mushroom trips and LSD trips remind you to look after your human being? Do you eat healthy and have a normal sleep schedule? Or is LSD still just some recreational party buzz that you dose at like 10PM at night so you can stay up all night being all loopy and silly... That's what fritters do.
Sometimes you just got to know when to grow up.

Who are you man? do you have any idea who I am? I don't mean that egotistically, you just don't know me on this forum. You'd know I'm no fool if we'd spoken before.
You make out like our intentions govern the outcomes of our trips.
I've ridden this rodeo many, many times at different phases in life. LSD might have been a recreational party buzz for me 25 years ago, and occasionally it is now too. But is it always when you want it to be? In my experience it rarely ends any other way besides you being alone with yourself in your mind.
I look after my body and spirit all the time, I don't need psychedelics to remind me. I'm not a child, I'm a grown man with a family and my own home and all the things that come with that.

And into the day!
Happy Bicycle Day 2020 everyone!
It's a celebration of freedom of thought, a celebration of responsibility to ourselves, a celebration of the gift that Albert Hoffman gave us. It was on this day in 1943 that crazy bastard first dosed himself with LSD-25 and started this thing that has changed the lives of so many millions of people across the world.
If not for his intuition, courage and persistence the world would be a different place today. It's truly an auspicious day.

Lol just trip whenever works out best or is more enjoyable, one night of sleep won't be missed. I'd argue that a solid trip is far more beneficial than one night's rest anyway
Hope your trip went well Northerner. I plan on taking a small dose tomorrow, quarantined in a spot that's certainly not ideal for a trip, but have to honor the day

I'd like to, and I considered it, but I want to wait a couple of months for my body to recover from covid. I feel pretty fine, but I'm still going to wait just to be extra safe.
Still, have a great bicycle day everyone! Hope you guys enjoy your trips

I'm fine now, I'm pretty much over it as far as I can tell, but my body still feels a bit out of it, kind of beat up. Especially my heart and lungs just don't feel 100%, so I'm going to spend the next couple of months trying to exercise regularly and stuff like that before I jump into any psychedelics.

It's so BEAUTIFUL!!!!
I had the Hofmanns fromm 2008/2009 and remember them to be super strong. I wish I could get cool prints like the one above. I mostly always find WoW unless it's small parts of a print, but never a whole print.
I will be eating some WoW tonight. I also have some Al-LAD, LSZ, and I think it's either ALD-52 or LSDP or something like that. I always forget the LSD analogue names.
I've got a big bag of mushrooms to give away too. It might be fun to get dosed and then ride around handing out mushrooms to people. It's legal where I live now so it's no big deal to offer them out.

Happy bicycle day I like your bike Lopho saurus. Remember seeing a photo of it a long time ago.

Thanks Melon! I hope you have the best day ever!!!
Yeah, Lot's of people really like that bike. When I take it in public almost everyone has something to say about it. Some people even add their own Grateful Dead stickers too it when I'm not looking.
I really want to get a Pee-Wee Herman type bike. No bike on Earth has more style than this one. Am I right?

It's got style for sure. But it's missing just one thing to really set it over the edge.

I'm late, but I just found this and want to share my experience for the bycicle day 2020. At the time my planet was in total lockdown due to covid pandemic, so couldn't celebrate it in my tipical way (cycling around on a solid dose of acid ). But i really (and i mean REALLY) like cycling, and was starting to get tired of inactivity. Sooo... i borrowed my neighbour bike-roller (unsure about translation here, for who is not familiar, its a thing where you put you bike on and can pedal without the bike going. its used for training ), and kept pedaling on that watching some nature documentaries like microcosmos, winged migration etc...obviously after dropping some good L. It wasnt as good as a surrogate of real bicycle day, but at least kept my tradition going, and most important the scene made my GF laugh her panties off
