So who's gonna celebrate in the traditional manner on Sunday for Bicycle Day?
I'm gonna drop late Saturday night and ride into the day in style.

Meh don't you just feel all sleep deprived and nonfunctional the next day?
I myself much prefer to dose acid or mushrooms during the early day.
I would rather drop early Sunday morning. That way still manage to go to sleep without just laying in bed wide awake the whole night which sucks ass. Better for the brain/sleep schedule...

To each their own. I personally love dropping at night and rising with Helios.
May you have a most excellent time Northerner

No bike riding but maybe a walk and tree scouting for mushrooms.

Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Psalm 12:6 The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Hebrews 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. Revelation 3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

Thanks Cosmic Flame. I'm definitely with you, night tripping is far preferable.
Very soon for me now, just had a nice long nap. I live in the future compared to most of the rest of the world. It's Saturday night already now, nervous excitement is setting in. I've missed a few years because the day has been landing on Wednesdays and the like.

If you value a normal sleep schedule it's not.

Meh, normal sleep schedule isn't that important to me. You'd be surprised how much sleep you can get away with not having and still feel fine, as long as you still eat well. I've spent many years testing those limits both working and partying.

Lol, I cannot say the same. The older I get the less I'm able to push those limits. Congratz on still being able to.
While night tripping tends to allow my mind more freedom to give visuals in the dim light, there's something so divine about walking across low hills on a beautiful day while admiring the shapes the twisting purple clouds make above and against the swaying treeline.
Have an excellent trip Northerner!

I always strive for minimum 8 hours of sleep, ideally 9+
But I don't go to bed till 4+am
So dropping in the evening is all good

You don't need a bicycle to be a Bicycle Day participant. Just the winning spirit.

I prefer night time trips too. I think most commonly I have dosed around 8 to 9PM

I use to smoke meth, so I highly value being able to get to sleep every night.

Even sober, some nights I just can not manage to sleep, and it sucks. Laying wide awake in bed (full night of insomnia) just fells so disgusting to me.
Do mushroom trips and LSD trips remind you to look after your human being? Do you eat healthy and have a normal sleep schedule? Or is LSD still just some recreational party buzz that you dose at like 10PM at night so you can stay up all night being all loopy and silly... That's what fritters do.
Sometimes you just got to know when to grow up.

Who are you man? do you have any idea who I am? I don't mean that egotistically, you just don't know me on this forum. You'd know I'm no fool if we'd spoken before.
You make out like our intentions govern the outcomes of our trips.
I've ridden this rodeo many, many times at different phases in life. LSD might have been a recreational party buzz for me 25 years ago, and occasionally it is now too. But is it always when you want it to be? In my experience it rarely ends any other way besides you being alone with yourself in your mind.
I look after my body and spirit all the time, I don't need psychedelics to remind me. I'm not a child, I'm a grown man with a family and my own home and all the things that come with that.
