Beautiful. My buddy sent me a plate of atl7 and tampanensis. The tamps I got to fruit real well but the atl I got only stones. I’m going to give it another go in the future. I had quite the strange trip on tamp fruits.

Have you tried these 7’s before?

Damn you should take piles of clones.

Both stones and mushrooms are exceptional.

You didn’t case the coir?

Can you break down how you grew these and how long each phase took? I’m cleaning up my first atl culture right now.

You must’ve pulled the stones from the coir right?

Please do. I have a quart jar fully colonized for about a week now and I'm thinking of doing some g2g and fruit the rest.

#1 what has helped me most has been using a 5% bleach water solution to sterilize everything and I do use a flow hood

Ok first of 1 cup water 1 cup wheat pressure cook at 15 psi for two hours in bags

EBAY
50/100PCS PVC Mushroom Spawn Grow Bag Substrate High Temperature Pre Sealable https://www.ebay.com/itm/233494737559

I just fold the bag over a couple times and put a binder clip on it to keep it sealed

I use Multi-spore agar plates To inoculate my wheat not a clone or a highbred and store them at 80 For approximately two months before I harvest the stones from the wheat,

Then use all the leftover wheat and approximately one brick of Pasteurized coir mixed by hand in a small tote then placed in a Martha with a ultrasonic humidifier

I like to keep the coir mix very wet a first and just drill a couple small holes in the tote to keep the water from pooling

If I do Case the tote it was just with more coir maybe about eighth of an inch that’s it that’s my whole grow
That first flush is normally ready to pick in two weeks

I think the fruits are twice as potent as cubes the stones are just a little bit more than cubes

I didn’t weigh the plate of fruits I just have so much I really didn’t care ,I did the stones just to show how big they were

I ate 2 grams dry fruits and a gram of fresh stones the one time I ended up thinking I was some kind of machine. Really strange but cool experience. I don’t remember the ratios of wet/dry weight but I think they lost less weight than cubes once dry, and they are very light little things.

I just finished another harvest from another grow and it turns out that I got just over 14 g dry
1 g is a pretty good trip

And that was fruits only no truffle weight

Nice

I just harvested a buncha tamps and galindoi , got some tubs on 2nd and 3rd flush now

I love stone producers. The fruits are great. 2g can be too much

Atl 7 and galindoi are both tamp varieties from what I understand.

@faht idk if you saw my first flushes but the tamp shoebox dried to a half oz and the sweater box w the 8" fruits dried to 26g. Got a killer 2nd flush coming in on those. Much lower yield on the galindois but still solid

W the tamps here is the 14g dry flush:

And here is the 26g sweaterbox:

I didnt take wet weights tho, I need to on the next flush so I know the ratio

Lol yeah I always think the same thing

For me the first flushes always REALLY look like dry grass, but later flushes get much beefier. Like look at the difference in these dried fruits from first and 2nd flushes

For example, these fruits are galindoi from the same box, top half of the bag is 2and flush,  bottom half is 1st

And it's even more obvious w these tamps, also same tub, 2nd flush on top 1st on bottom:

I think its dope that OP got such a solid yield off only a coir casing. I've never had anything like that off straight coir casing

The batch I just harvested didn’t even get a case on top of it I just mixed the stones directly Into the coir  ..Stones and all I even had wheat and stones exposed on the surface

This is what i just picked ...  you can plainly see the wheat and stones since it has no casing layer

Final numbers for this grow was
3 flushes
86 grams of truffles
46 g of dried  mushrooms

That’s a hell of a lot of trips out of one cup of wheat and one brick of coir

Lol yeah equivalent to like 3oz of cubes just off the fruits alone. Pretty weird to think how much energy is contained in a cup of wheat. Enough to produce massive amounts of psilocybin.

Some  psilocybin species produce truffles as well as mushroms
The truffles are to keep The mycelium alive during droughts and hard whether they are hallucinogenic just like the mushrooms are

If you keep your Spawn enclosed in a container it will produce stones when it is exposed to the air and moisture It will produce mushrooms... so your able to get both
