Carefully take transfers from opposite side from where the bacteria is.

Just need tiny slivers to new dish so don't worry about scrapping the rest of the mycelium from that dish or trying to salvage it somehow.

But approach from the dirty side so you don't get your hand over the clean stuff.

If this is your dish and the * is the contam.    (      *)

Approach from the righthand side so your hand and tool is over the contam, not the clean side. Only let your flamed blade ever pass over the sample you want to cut.

And only pass it over the clean stuff when you actually make the cuts.

Perhaps transfer away from that plate to new ones?  I wouldn't put that dish near grains even if you cut that spot out.
