Transfer some of that growth to an agar plate & keep transferring until you get a clean culture then grow it out. Plenty of info available here on the process.

Nice rhizos in that poo

Currently am. And I'm thinking that I have no luck in finding them caps. Hasn't been raining here for days.

An acquaintance suggested making an outside bed. What should i mix the bed with? Manure/straw?

Idk how much growth you're going to get in a bed with that small amount of myc but you could throw it in a bed of hydrated compost/manure/straw and see what happens. It'll take at least several weeks to see any results if any and you'll have to keep the bed moist if nature isn't doing it and you'll need a tarp or something to keep moisture at the surface for pinning/fruits. It would be a lot of effort for possibly no reward when there are better alternatives even during our current situation

You can't if you don't clean it up on agar.

Alternatives being to get spores from a vendor or another member and growing them out the right way. Sterilizing grain then putting contaminated myc you got from the wild onto it is going to lead to failure. You need agar to clean it up.

Why can’t you get the things needed for agar? Are you not in the US? I haven’t had any trouble getting the things I need. Petri’s, agar and such haven’t been an issue
