Im sure the feelings serve some purpose, I just havent figured it out yet. I know that since I started meditating, I havent gotten sick. My wife and daughter will catch the occasional virus/bug, but I never catch it.

Im hoping to learn more about myself thru meditation. The tingling/vibrating I felt was a new feeling. I wanted to know if other people had the same feeling, and what to do about it.

We are all on spiritual journeys. Im hoping that thru meditation I can learn my spiritual lessons quicker.
