I’m using coco coir/verm substrate, bucket tek pasteurization. Some people have told me it can’t be my sub because it has no nutritional value. My jars seem healthy. I’ve read trich might go unseen to the untrained eye cause it can start out white also. If my jars are contaminated, is there anything I can do to treat them and prevent contams from taking over. Should I leave out the casing layer? Also, if I now have spores in my grow area, how can I get rid of them? Should I run a fan? Maybe the air is too stagnant? I’ve been doing grain to grain transfers so if one jar is contaminated, I suppose they all are. I’m trying to preserve this strain because i don’t have any more spores.
Listen you are doing too much. Seal flow of air in your area- get rid of your current contams- spray down the area and keep it clean- keep it simple Use Bod’s unmod tub and sub tek Use agar to jar Follow protocol with staying sterile during your process

Bucket tek is iffy. Pasteurization in jars on the stove is a sure thing, tho it's not easy to maintain 140-150* for 90 mins.

Not true at all bucket tek works perfectly you dont even have to pasteurize coir/verm if you don't want to. Your jars have to be perfectly uncontaminated.

Are you getting contamination before you are getting a first flush?

I'm curious if he's using agar or just putting spores to WBS
