what about half marathon walking?
commercial bee operations are one of the reasons the bees are dying...
looking at hemp clothes now....
It might be a provincial thing cause i know there are extracts at bougie retailers in BC.

have owned three of these hoodies (all black), worn one literally to rags it's a nice layer under a zip up or pull over in the winter and it even works in summer months because the loose knit means lots of airflow
definitely my favourite, also have a hemp spring/summer beanie that can be layered under a toque for added warmth in the winter but the company has expanded since my last purchase 7+ years ago apparently they are even now selling hemp covid masks

Do they have a whole ward for it in their hospital?
They are converting an empty unit in ours into one supposedly for "contingency use". Am i a coward if i hope we never have to?
In any case i suspect they would bring in the more experienced people. At first, anyway. Until too many get sick

Agreed
During a pandemic I think the majority of general conversation would naturally have something to do with the pandemic, but probably doesn't all need to be in a thread like this.
I think something we could also do is make a seperate journal post or something with any of the most recent/relevant research that's being published, and link it in the OP to get it all in one place. Just a thought

Wouldn't it be awesome for you to get it, recover promptly and no longer be anxious when working because you'd be immune?
I'm not saying to do that, because we never know how the disease will run its course. But, it would be nice to be immune.
Projection show the curve is flattened enough in the province of Quebec so that healthcare services aren't at capacity and probably won't be.

Agreed, and that's a good plan.
So I was on a project for my job that ended a couple weeks ago (not due to the pandemic, was planned a bit ago). Around the beginning of March everyone at my company started talking about the virus. My boss for that project didn't believe that COVID19 can spread through the air. I corrected him and told him it could. He didn't believe me.
Fast forward to a few days ago. I randomly remember that he had told me he didn't believe it can spread in the air, so I texted him to say, "Hey, I hope you know by now that the virus spreads through the air." He responded with, "I don't care. I'm at the office."
So.... yea.... that is exactly why I am staying at home. There are literal people who don't care about spreading this virus and hurting others.

A few top universities in Boston are predicting a 2021 re-opening of many campuses in the area, holding the Fall semester online only.
It sounds crazy right now, but not really any more than in early March when BU and Harvard were shutting down and there were rumors other schools would too, but no one believed it.

my moms a trumper who thinks jesus will protect her and isnt taking it seriously but I wonder what she'll have to report back on today.
I've moved to the room in the basement and will slap her with a 6ft stick if she comes near me. I wont be eating in the kitchen any more either.
She luckily avoided the past couple shifts due to a bike accident but there are scabs on her hand that might get infected.

When my cousin was in the hospital with it in really bad shape there were members of my family that literally were saying she was faking and just wanted attention.
I think there's just such a clusterfuck of cult politics, misinformation, ignorance, denial, and self-centeredness that's getting exposed even more so than usual during all of this.
