First attempt at growing

After about two years of visiting this website and reading posts and looking at some pretty awesome grows, I decided to give it a shot. Initially I wanted to go as small and easy as possible. As time went on, I decided it would be best to do it right the first time.
Four days ago, I poured 40 petri dishes of agar (8g LME 8g agar 400ml water). I wrapped 30 and put them in the fridge for future transfers. I inoculated & streaked 5 with PE6 and 5 with B+, then wrapped them, then sandwich bagged them, and left them out at room temperature (70-75f). I'm working from home due to the virus and I can't help but check these dishes almost hourly and it's really testing my patience. These dishes were inoculated 4 days ago this hour, and there is no sign of mycelium or bacteria (I read it typically takes 3-5 days so I'm waiting as patiently as I can).
I wanted to say thanks to everyone here for their helpful information and resources; specifically, thanks to Bod, SpitballJedi, Pastywhyte, Eats, C10, and ShaperDreaming.
Lastly, if I don't start seeing growth within the next day or two I may post some pictures and see if someone can spot something that I'm doing wrong. I know there's a lot of condensation on like half my petri dishes. Also, a few of them I accidentally put too much spore syringe fluid in them so water will actually run across the agar if tilted. And then some are poured with very little agar. More updates to come and hopefully some grow pictures in 3 months or so.

I know the feeling. I'm used to getting things done and actively participating in the process but with mushrooms the only thing you can do is give them proper conditions and let them do their thing. Stop moving those plates around if they have liquid in them, that may harm the spores when they germinate.

Thanks for the advice. I finally see some life in 1 of the plates but it looks like a small chunk of mold. I'm going to let it sit and hope for some mycelium anyway. I'm also going to inoculate a couple more plates.
I was wondering if I made a mistake in my inoculation process. I flamed the needle, let a little fluid rest to cool, then let it drip, then I would inoculate the plates. I'm wondering if it's possible that the fluid I inoculated the plates with was inside the needle when I flamed the needle. I'm thinking maybe I should have pushed more fluid through the needle after sterilizing with flame before inoculating.

If im not using an inoculation loop from a tiny sterilized jar for a dip and streak then i just shake the syringe vigorously, flame , squeeze a little out onto a paper towel to cool the needle then slowly press the plunger until a single drop forms on the tip of the needle then let it fall onto the plate.
I usually do 3-4 plates for MS and only flame once unless a break occurs between the 4 plates.

Heres a fun little MS plate from germination to sporulation.

I hope mine get there at some point. My agar plates still aren't showing any sign of life. I inoculated 10 plates on 4/8, 4 on 4/12, and 4 on 4/19. I changed the agar recipe for the 4/19 plates to 6g agar, 8g LME, 400ml water in hopes that the softer agar will speed up the germination process. I'm a little surprised that nothing at all is growing, not even bacteria.
