Are mushrooms that fruited in vermiculite barrier okay to harvest?

Placed cubes in BRF jars. Waited until full colonization then gave them a week to fully colonize.
Some of the jars have huge fruits growing in them. Some jars have fruits growing into the vermiculite barrier. Upon taking off the lid, I saw a MASSIVE shroom growing directly on top. As I washed the cakes before dunking, I noticed the mycelium grew straight through the verm barrier which probably explains the fruiting.
Are these fruits safe to use? I don’t see any obvious contamination anywhere.

Mushrooms are always safe to harvest. Even deadly species are 100% safe to harvest. Mushrooms are safe to harvest and eat(if edible) even if contamination is present and all around.
You don't need to wear gloves to hold your jars. Contamination cannot travel through glass.
Those are not shiitake or oysters. You're growing cubensis in case you didn't know.

I meant to ask if they’re safe to harvest and consume. And yeah I did know lol. The gloves are on so I don’t contaminate my mushrooms with my grubby human hands as I wash them for dunk and roll! Just trying to be extra careful
