Funky smell, now what?

I have been reading everything and doing pretty well, but now I have two tubs that smell a bit off and don’t know what to do. These two are both GT spawned to unmodified mono-tubs 10 and 8 days ago. I had not flipped the lids on these until today, mainly because it is so dry here that I nearly killed my first 4 tubs by not keeping them wet enough. I am following Bod’s teks with a bit of Smarts thrown in. MSS > Agar > Oats > Coir > unmodified. These are the first two that I did not pseudo-case with coir. They smell a bit like rotting fruit mixed with sour milk? So let’s call that yogurty. (edit: My wife jsut corrected me. It smells like bread dough/yeast.) All six other tubs smell like clean mushrooms.
10days and 8 day since spawn
In a panic after smelling this, I moved them to a different room from the 6 (hopefully) healthy tubs. Four of those were already fruiting with flipped lids. Three with pins or fruit. One may be dead from getting too dry. I have the lids off of the smelly tubs and a ceiling fan on low. I feel like I read that getting them plenty of fae might help them recover, but I can’t find where I saw that now.
So is there any hope? Should I toss them before they spread contams to the rest? Kill the fan? Lids on and flipped? Take a chill pill?
My others for comparison: They are under 65k lights which is why the colors are a bit different than my problem children.
   GT1, PE1 & PE2 with fruits and pins
GT2 got too dry but trying to save her. Just flipped the lid on PE3, her casing layer was smoothed to firmly, I think. PE4 is about to get her lid flipped and is my time lapse video experiment. Her casing layer was just sprinkled on with no smoothing.

I’m a pretty new grower and had the same bread dough smell. I gave it a lot of air and now it just smells really earthy. I have a feeling its bacterial and Im keeping it in hopes that it still fruits the smell got worse before it got better it started to smell like rotten apples then completely disappeared with a couple days of a lot of air. Not sure if it will fruit but crossing my fingers

take a chill pill you're fine!!
i've had bacterial subs put out fruits. the results are less than a healthy sub (obviously) & the myc tends not to colonize or pin from the bacterial portions in my experience. also took forever to colonize/pin
more FAE should help. you def don't want them sopping wet or the bacteria will start to take over

Its not colonizing slow the only thing that makes me think its possibly bacterial now(after the smell is no longer there) is the poofyness of the myc. I could be trippin though

Thanks everyone. I will give it air and try to relax for a bit.
StallionMang, my sig has my journal talking about everything I did for this, my first grow, but... I followed Bodhisatta teks very closely for all except where I used SmartAttack's Phucket Bucket to prep my oats and coir. Oh and I suck at using a loop on agar.
Cheers!

I see, thanks. I haven't come across SmartAttack's work but I'll have to check it out. I follow a lot of Bod's teks too. His stuff is great
Your first run looks great! You've done a lot better than most do the first time

Just an update on these. As usual, you all were right. The advice was to give them some air and more time. So I killed the fan, left the lid off for a few days and tried to keep an eye on moisture but leaning towards the dry end to let the mycelium catch up while the bacteria died off. And that seems to have worked. They recovered slowly. I kept giving them the sniff test and when they went back to smelling like mushrooms (3-5 days) I replaced the lids upside down and continued as normal. They took about a week longer than the other tubs and had a crap ton of side pins, but did flush. Here are pictures of one that is just past due for picking. It is not as strong a flush as some of my others, but I have already harvested a bunch of the ones from the sides, so it is not that far behind the others in total production.
 Thanks and

Using a loop on agar you just want to rub the print a little and then drag the loop in the center of a plate. You won’t see anything there usually but plenty of spores will transfer over. Not sure if that’s what you meant when you said you suck at it but just in case.
