Whatever works to provide enough evaporation from fae and minimal misting without the surface going bone dry.

Idk what kind of room they're in now but moving air is always welcome as long as you don't let it dry out.

75f is golden. Durung your light cycle if you can get that source close to the lid so it hits that casing.

The whole room stays about that temp 24/7 due to heat lamps and pads from the tanks and occasionally my dehydrator running!

Should be fine. Just check on the casing tomorrow and mist IF it needs it. If too wet rotate or take lid off for while to allow some evaporation to occur. If it doesnt need misting but isnt as wet as it first was then it could be dialed in so just wait.

Yep.

I get it hydrated to FC. Then microwave it in a quart jar/s for around 3-4 mins then once it cools  [spread out in a plate or tray] i just sprinkle it over the surface as evenly and airy as possible. 1/8-1/4" or so

WAOW NOICE

I was thinking of doing an outdoor open air shoebox with the coir layer on top and keep it moist
cuz Im finna live in the jungle soon

would this be a good idea?
