Cheetahs can meow and purr but not roar. Mountain lions make that screeching, screaming sound, not sure if thats a "roar" thou. I wanna say no its not a roar.

I love cats -- all the big cats are fascinating to me. But cheetahs are probably at the top for me. Watching them step on the gas and floor the pedal when they're locked in on a fleeing prey item is one of the great scenes in all of nature for me. They are the Ferrari of the cat species.

Absolutely! Cheetahs are one of my favorite animals. I also recently got into Spirit Animals and the Cheetah sounded a lot like my personality, in both strenghts and weaknesses: https://trustedpsychicmediums.com/spirit-animals/cheetah-spirit-animal/

And as u may know already, Cheetahs are the fastest land animal on Earth:l, clocking in at 75mph! https://earthnworld.com/top-10-fastest-land-animals-in-the-world/

They're fragile and they only have a fraction of the raw power of the other fierce cats (tigers, lions, jaguars, etc.) but their speed and finesse is just something to behold.

It's also fascinating how they can overheat to the point of brain damage (I think?) if they max out the turbo jets too long. Not enough oxygen gets to their brain or something so they have to throw in the towel on a chase if they can't catch what they're trying to catch.

Animal Speed Racer for the win.

I once saw a video of a zoo Cheetah chasing a toy on a very fast rope contraption. Man, it was epic to watch. I was like :incredible:

Alright I'm back to demolish your feeble minds with this primo fact mind destroyer

The earth's largest desert is actually in Antarctica.

The Antarctic Polar Desert. Which is about 5.5 million square miles. The Sahara in comparison is 2 million square miles smaller.

A desert doesn't have anything to do with temperatures -- it just needs to be a region that receives less than 10 inches of precipitation a year.

She would say "my mind is blowin' right now!"

I never corrected her.
