feedback on my new fruiting chamber
    #26588547 - 04/09/20 10:33 AM (3 years, 10 months ago)

I have my first flush coming in in a 6X7ft fruiting chamber in my basement. Growing Lambert123. I just have a little coolmist humidifier running on a timer and a LED light/fan combo meant for small bathrooms. Here are are some pictures.

I kinda feel like it needs more FAE. Let me know what you think.

This is a budget set up <$1,000 initial investment. with a lot of time spent preparing a dusty old root cellar underneath our side porch.

yes. more fae is needed.

Plan to win or you are planning for failure. Don't let anyone tell you you can't do it. Just figure out the solution. Even if that means banging your head on a wall until the solution oozes out of you.

Yep, long stems and small caps is a sign of not enough FAE, agree with seagu.

Come back with a picture after a couple more days growth and your fae and humidity questions will be easier to answer

Here's the update a couple days later:

I put a small fan in the room to blow the air around. Does anyone know if it's OK to run a fan 24/7?

You need more FAE. Or a circulation fan on the inside of your tent. Preferably both. A circulation fan will reduce the need for more FAE by reducing the pockets of co2 that build up around the mushrooms. Don't have the fan blowing on the mushrooms. You just want the air moving around a little.
