Wood Blewit in San Diego

Hello all,
First time posting here. I've been a fan of mycology for many years and I have found the most beautiful mushroom I've personally encountered right outside my house. All signs are pointing me towards blewit, but I'm not sure due to the season here in San Diego Zone 9a.

I live in San Diego, the weather is pretty wet right now. Been raining for two days straight. It was growing under heavy leaf litter.
It's growing under a pinyon -juniper where its barely getting any sunlight. They are a beautiful lilac color and bruise fairly easy. The smell is pretty earthy and woody. The base of stem has a bulb.
Currently waiting on spore prints. Have one cap on white paper and another on brown paper.
Any thoughts?

Blewits indeed nice find you can confirm this by dropping a thick spore print on something black preferably or on foil...print will be a salmon flesh whitish color. Always wait for a Trusted Identifier to chime in before eating anything

Lepista nuda aka Blewits. You can verify if you want by taking a spore print, it will be pinkish whie for blewits and Cortinarius will have a rusty brown spore print.

Took a print over night and it definitely came back white-palish. No rust color. And when I sliced the mushroom it as very fragrant. Smelt a little like OJ
