Lol! Yes I am still here. Yeah well the effect was basically.the same as eating 100grams fresh although I wasn't sure if I did the tea properly. I boiled the water with the shrooms in it then tried to simmer but it kept on coming to a boil. I still have around 300grams left so I'll wait a few days and give it.another crack 👍

Give it a good week or two in between doses due to how quickly our bodies build up immunity against them...And imo you can't over boil them so it's ok if it kept coming to a boil you didn't do any wrong there but sounds like you injested almost half as much as the first time which would make since why you got the same effect as before...Had you injested the 200-220 the first night it would have slapped you up a good bit. Wait 10 days and jump back on a Rock star dosage...220 for the win

Alright cool! Thanks for all your help and info. Just store them in paper towel? If I go back to where a found them in 10 days there would be probably more 😂 I seen tons of little pins all through the place when I went back 2 days ago

Never hurts to be out enjoying nature so just check the spot frequently and paper towels is a big no no...if your just trying to keep them fresh up until you dose again I would store them in a paper bag and store them in the fridge...if you want to keep them and store them cut a few cardboard boxes into squares how ever big you need and put a fan or two blowing on them if you don't want to buy a dehydrator they will be ready to store in jars with lids when they become cracker dry just throw you a silica packet in the jar with em and shelf them for later use...Being they are quite big I would slice them into smaller pieces before air drying them

I was surprised when I first experienced gymns that they were incredibly positive, with no anxiety at all, compared to other psilocybin species I have tried. Was your experience similar?

This is a good method for tea it is donjohnson420’s recipe. It works well for me. I also find gyms to be a Smoother more euphoric ride than psilocybe.

These are prime specimens and will generally get more bitter with age after the caps expand in my experience. Gymnopilus validipes may be an option which reports a mild taste. The best way to prepare is a tea or hot water extraction imo, drinking fresh or freezing until rdy.
1)Chop

2)Place in pressure cooker or pot with tight fitting lid.

3)Pour in boiling water, place lid on and brew roughly 45mins-1 1/2hr.( 1.7L of water was used for material shown)

4)Strain. Drink fresh or freeze until rdy. Remember to allow room for expansion when freezing.

Ok cool. Yeah I'll do that process and take my time instead of rushing it! Definitely not going to eat them again! 😉

Same to my experience. This is why Gymns are the best.

Sorry I didn't see this. Yes! Any anxiety I had at first was basically gone in half an hour and it was nice just to sit back and chill with a warm feeling

Now I found these today which I suspect are more laughing gyms although they look a bit different especially the cap. Stem looks the same but much longer.

My experience was also like this, it had a extremely Euphoric/dreamlike, calm trip. Very beautiful, crisp, and calm visuals, every single time.
I used to have a wild log that would grow Gymnopilus Luteus, which is a more potent variety.

No point in drying them? So just check in wood chips and water regularly? We are in autumn heading towards winter so when would a yield be ready to you think?

I think these guys speak for themselves. Found growing out of a dead tree near a running river ACT. Big laughing gym with a few friends. Anymore info need please let me know.

Yab, I’m hoping to find some Wild Gyms too, anytips? It’s spring rolling to summer where I’m at. Looks like these start to thrive later in the year on rotting wood?

I don't know if it's just me but I have always found them growing towards west for some reason (well at least the direction i have found them) and next to a well established river. The river I go to has been flooded and I have found most of them on islands in between the river with dead and decaying trees. Look for the trees that have splits in them and look up and down the cracks and you may find some pins growing. I have found where you find a.cluster there will generally be a few around in the area. I have spent a lot of hours searching as I fish a lot and have only really started looking in the last few months (I'm a beginner). I have probably found a kilo in the last week which is quite lucky I think. Just get out there and look and make notes where you have found them. Good luck! 👍

Yabadabba it sounds like you found the jackpot. Because in my property, no matter how West I look,, guarantee they ain’t there, haha.
Take a week or two break, make a super strong tea, and try it again.

Gymnopilus Luteis, which I always had, would ALWAYS stain blue/green, always, and that’s likely because they were Potent.
If yours aren’t staining, it’s probably because they’re weaker, so wait until you have a Pile, and you’ve been sober for a week, then make a MASCULINE tea.
None of these young bloods may tell you that
