Gauge says over 90% RH but walls are not sweating?

Is that usual? There is moisture and small size beading. In this situation, the lid is left cracked to allow air exchange.

the build up of water on the walls of the encasement comes from differnece in temperature. no problem here

its a caseing, but I guess its becuase theres not much temp difference in the room
