Growing shrooms from just a spore print HELP

Hello,
So I have a mushroom about to drop a spore print. I want to eventually grow a bunch of the species from this spore print.
How much spore print do I need? What do I do once I have the print?

Or at least make spore syringes so you can keep doing stuff but I suggest cloned fruits and spores on agar also

Ok so it seems like cloning fruit on agar is the resounding winner?
Could of questions still (thank you all a ton btw).
So, where do I get the agar? Where do I get the petri dishes? Is there anything else I would need to assure sterilization? What do I do after the cloned fruit produces mycelium within the agar dish? Thank you!

So here is a bunch of info on agar I suggest reading through it and learning different teks just for knowledge sake. It's kind of a lot of stuff for beginners. Definitely watch RR's videos and others you can find on working with agar so you know what you're getting into. https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/22721954/vc/1#22721954
Personally I take a very easy method to do agar. I buy: Potato Dextrose Agar(PDA) off Amazon $16
Synthetic filter disks 90mm wide mouth from this sponsor http://www.mycosupply.com/ $1 a piece and can be used over and over and you will need them for grain jars in the future so I'd buy a dozen or more
Then a 12 pack of wide mouth half pint jars around $12
Poke two 1/8" holes in the metal lid from the rubber seal side so the burrs stick out the metal side.
Mix 1.17g of PDA with 30ml water in one of the jars. Microwave on high till it just barely starts to bubble. Take out and stir it some. Then put on the metal lid with the rubber seal up, then a filter disk, then the screw ring. Cover with a piece of tinfoil and pressure cook for 15mins @15psi.
After it cools down all the way you can remove the tinfoil and let it sit for a few days to make sure it's sterile and for condensation to work out of it.
Then your ready to flame sterilize your scalpel, and take a sample of flesh from the inside of a freshly split stem, and place in on the agar While working in your SAB or flowhood.
