Need help, my tub won’t flush properly

So I spawned this tub on 3/6 using bods unmodified tek. The mycelium still looks healthy and has become knotted and thick. There are lots of tiny pins, but they don’t grow more than a cm or two. There are bigger side pins.
I’m wondering if I can “reset” the tub to flush. Perhaps by scraping the surface with a fork, and or applying a light casing layer? I just hope this whole tub wasn’t a loss

I'd just leave it and let it do its thing. It looks like it's about to explode.

What kind of tub are you running?
And it’s not PE correct?
I’ve had a couple tubs just take forever to fruit but it looks like you’ve got very few pins and a couple that opened caps at like half an inch tall.
If you could get a clear shot of the surface closer up it would help too.

Awesome! Being that it was spawned nearly a month ago, I figured that there was some issue. Guess I’ll just keep it humid in there and keep being patient.

Tub is a 54qt or maybe 60qt sterilite latch tub. Just like in bods unmodified tek. The strain is not PE but Redboy. And yeah that’s the weird thing, there’s these tiny pins and it looks like they just stop growing at a tiny height.

Some closer photos of the surface. Feels to me like something is wrong

You have knots everywhere dude, your genetics might just be on the slow side. I agree with the others in here--let it ride some more.

I wonder why all these little pins haven’t shot up though.

Looking at your pics a little more, seems like you might have some mutants in there. Won't hurt anything, but indicates you might have wonky genetics in this grow.
What's the story on your FAE? How's the lid situated right now? Is there any air movement in the room where you've got your tub set-up?

It looks like the conditions aren’t staying in the right range, drying out definitely slows things down and hurts pinset.
I’d try to keep the humidity up and see what happens.

Yeah this might need a misting or 10. It looks subject to RH swings. I'm guessing you live in dryer climates or colder climates

Currently I just have the lid flipped upside down, and I’ll turn on a fan in the room for a couple hours per day. The space between lid and tub is maybe a 1/4 inch in some areas, so it’s definitely getting air.

If A.k.a and Sockadin are both saying it looks dry, I would take their word. They both advised me on my last grow and saved my butt.
Since you're running an unmodded tub following Bod's tek, you could try misting as suggested and putting the lid back in the gasket-down position without latching it.
Truth be told, I struggle a lot with dialing in moisture and humidity so take my advice with a grain of salt.

My first grow/tub is currently on its 3rd flush. 1st flush went great and were super fat and tall. 2nd flush was pretty wack, weak in size, and took a lot longer to grow than the 1st flush. Noticed I was giving it to much fae, its pretty dry up here during the winter. I poured some water in from the sides, let it soak for awhile, poured out the excess, and misted the surface. BAM within two days everything was banging and looking great again. I've since been making sure bin walls are covered in condensation, to the point where I can hardly see inside, but no pooling water. Seems fine with popping the lid once or twice a day. Also just saw this post...

If you close the lid completely for a few hours you should have the whole inside saturated, dripping wet, from then adjust the FAE to stimulate evaporation off the cakes (at a *desirable rate)
