Those aren't mohawks, they're a highly evolved defense mechanism. Unfortunately, these "mohawks" present a slight drawback when it comes to really good bugsex. Then again, that's just all part of the fun.

Is that a mole cricket?

Ok so I'm really curious about what people think of this pic I took yesterday after finding my first Chanterelle. I personally love it (duh) but I can see how others may not.
It's almost stunning to me how well it mimics my typical CEV on Cyans. Am I going mad?

Really! That's so awesome! That cicada is actually part of a whole sleeve. I have a mantis, scarab, wasp, and cicada. I have some more I'm adding once my kids pick out the next ones since they're the ones running that show lol
