It looks like some kind of wispy mold to me. Try to remember how you inoculated, normally you push the needle up against the glass, past the dry verm layer. So good myc is usually starting in a line kind of and growing out from there.
The pattern of this growth looks like it started from spores that got in and just past the dry verm layer so you see that half circle coming down from the top.
It’s possible that it’s thin cube myc maybe but if that showed up at that size over night you know it’s mold.

On this post just focusing on the growth https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/26570606/vc/1#26570606 I have at least one comment saying it looks like mycelium. FWIW, those 2 jars were almost a month old and had displayed what I would consider weak growth

Ah, just posted on thread for the growth if a trusted cultivator could weigh in. Ugh, really hard to decide to toss, maybe I just move away from my usual grow space for a couple days. I just want so desperately to believe after all this time I gained victory 😭

Yeah. I did get one so far that even my newbie self knew was contam. I just inoculated some new jars tonight. Golden teacher and galindoi. If the galindoi succeeds, I may just try to fruit them for prints instead of truffles since I can't do grain right now.

Dumped that contam jar in an old pot of soil, mixed, added dead leaves, watered.. thinking I'm seeing the beginnings/pin of a fruit here 😅
