God is good, that I can still type. Haven't exert too much lately, while waiting for the flesh to heal. Such incidents may be a blessing in disguise.

The fuck is wrong with you?

they tend to leech off me when someone temporarily feels strongly towards me arguments or even heated discussions activate them and the like if able to control them, would have made a business of it 10+ years ago
in particular, in this case, broke my arm in Montréal years ago on a commute it took me days to realize because the pain was no different than my constant bodywide pain but the hand was useless for tasks -- which took me a bit to pick up on because it was my left and not my dominant hand being used for things so a busted up (left) hand that may be broken but doesn't feel broken red flagged me after commenting to Asante the other day that urban biking in the Netherlands was an example of closer proximity risks of Covid exposure
my presumed 'source' of it is due to my blue eyes and the 'evil eye' tradition and used to butt heads with one of my Buddhism professors who ended up having strings of bad luck until picking up one of the suggested charms
prolly nothing actually supernatural about it and me just being a distracting witch who gets inside peoples heads causing inopportune distraction

They definitely recalibrate the focus. Sometimes I’ll run around and just lose overall focus and leave myself open for mistakes. A boot to the ass, however it may present itself, certainly resets the momentum of train of thought. Makes things real again.
Like when you watch Cops and the big drunk dude is like “fuck you, cops” and is ready to take on the world and then gets tasered and quiets right down. It’s humbling..

Very good point, i was loosing focus and getting silently irritable(while working on powertools) from the disturbance of one of my close relatives, at the end of the day that relative is the one who assited me towards the e.r. togther with my wife after she found me unconcious, Its quite humbling.

Edit: @tantrika ive remembered that convo of yah posting rural pictures of housing. got where your coming at, it Has a resemblance from our indegenous tribes, its called "nabati" when an hungry older fellow from fasting, suddenly focuses and greets a young specially becoming jolly with a child. Although unpurposely and not intended, that greeted young fellow/child suffers nausea, uneasiness, sometimes vomiting, lasting close to a week, unless kissed in the forehead by the oldfellow who gave the greetings..
@asante my left non dominant arm had undergone operation. But thats decade ago. During childhood days, from my experience incase of major fracture, I can't move a single finger because of it, followed by a fever after 2-3 days(and the pain). It went upto a month before i had a proper operation(financial), but i can imagine thats a no no for me specially in this older age.
Wishing yah well, its a struggle, specially in this times. Love speed man

Only Mormons wear bicycle helmets here
Not that it would have done me any good, I literally full force faceplanted the pavement, bruises on my forehead, nose and chin.
The parts protected by a bicycle helmet were not involved.

A helmet would at least protect your forehead if not your chin. Might be worth considering even if nobody else but the Mormons wear em.

Yeah I'd rather have a crooked finger operated on after the pandemic than go to the hospital NOW for any reason. Our mortality is 8+% and we're past the 12,500 cases mark like Italy was not too long ago.
The doctor was completely on board with that and was glad I met him facemask to facemask. Its serious.

Thank you all for your well wishes!
God Bless Anabolic Steroids, Ladies, Gentlemen & Assorted Riff-raff

the 5mg Metandienone has clearly kicked me into anabolism, adding healthy foods and whey protein, taking much rest, sleeping naturally for 9-10 hours awoken by painfully hard morning boners any sense of muscular weakness because of the staying indoors has completely disappated, a brisker mood and i can just tell that the bulk of all that tissue regenerative power is going to my wounds. The scabs on my forehead are already coming off, the swelling of my hand is reducing and mobility of hand and knee are improving.
I'm going to do 8 days of this turbo charged healing, then leave it to natural wound healing.
I'm so happy to have these steroids. Whenever I pulled or hurt something they come through for me, with minimal side effects.
I take it first thing in the morning ("breakfast of champions") at the natural testosterone peak to make it fall into my hormonal rhythm. Tokyo 2020 is cancelled, but my nuts are going to the Olympics I dosed it such that my androgen levels are comparable to a top level non-using athlete in his early 20s, so my tissue regenerative capacity is about the same.
Male testosterone equivalents per day are roughly 2-10mg, where 10 is a barbarian and 2 a librarian Average is 4mg. This early morning intervention puts me at around 8-12mg total. By contrast, juicing bodybuilders go for 75-200mg. I'm parking in the normal range of androgens so that I have above average anabolism but noting too wild or I'd gain kilos of muscle and have tons f side effects.
This train will keep on riding, failure is not an option

Glad you're feeling better. Maybe you can use it as more motivation to slim down. Lighter dudes fall less hard. This was a harsh realization I came to a few weeks ago when I had a syncope episode and smashed my head off some shit. Thus, I have been eating much better
