What effects does microdosing have on meditation? On a previous thread I was told .2 was good for a microdose. I was looking to apply it to meditation. I never really meditate but was hoping it would help get me into the rhythm of meditation so I can enjoy it more. I like to meditate right before bed, will the microdose have enough of a stimulant effect to keep me awake or should I be able to sleep on a microdose? Any tips? I'm new to both meditation and dosing.

I think it is best to find out what works best for yourself. I experienced it works quite well with meditation for me, als long as the dosage is not to high. I never weight the shroom pieces, bud the microdosing works for me, also with meditation. I feel the (life) energy more then without, bud it doesn't matter that much once I reach a highter state of consciousness in meditation. The energy feels about the same, bud it kickstarts the medidation well for me.

Another word for meditation is practice, because that is the only way to go.
there are many forms of meditation, but practice is required, and one needs to begin, and then begin again.

micro dosing is a tonic and maybe a treat, and it may disrupt sleeping, but it will not hold back distraction or make meditation easier to begin. that is the part that practice achieves.

by practicing, it becomes easier to begin again.

I love micro dosing and mini dosing psychedelics - separately I practice meditation, occasionally I fall into it while on a microdose, though usually practice in the morning and dose later on in day.

Sometimes I find it a little difficult to fall asleep on a microdose.

And meditation, IMO, should be done all day. Just pay attention and don't attach to thoughts. I like to watch my breath whenever I can. Driving, working, cooking, sitting, whatever, I'm paying attention to my breathing patterns and when I find myself in flow, my attention is fully on whatever task is at hand and am able to find my body doing what's necessary while having free flowing thoughts. It's these moments of flow where I lose attention to breath and sometimes find myself taking shallow breaths, or not breathing at all or very slowly.

I dose ~.12 twice a day and it's a good spot for working, as I feel any more can sometimes be a little much.

i take a .55 at 8am-8pm. it def more than a micro dose but it's my sweet spot i can move and work but if i sit down and rest i'm very euphoric and it builds with time after 2-3 weeks daily
.55 i am a very euphoric and happy person. i can accomplish all my daily task but still be in my zone anytime i close my eyes.
Only down side i see is if you have a problem.. say you lost your keys you better get a grip and be a person that can clam yourself because it will be stressful to complete a task you find it difficult.
.55 would be what i would take if i wanted to take a light spiritual journey it's alot more sedative and opiate feeling than a mushroom trip. now a .75-.8 that feels like i just took some steroids.
