How big can a grow bag get?

Hey folks. So I'm running golden teacher oat quarts to coir tubs and things are going good. As I was poking through my supplies I came across a few extra large .5 micron myco bags. They're huge, 10x6x20 I think.
Here is my plan, I'm going to make a grain cake and lay the bag on its back in an empty monotub to colonize. Then when it's ready to fruit I plan to simply cut away the top of the bag and leave it in the mono. Probably bottom water when pins show.
My main question is how big can I fill this thing? I already put about 15 full quarts of material and it still falls several inches short of the filter. Is that okay?
I plan to inoculate via glc made fresh from a quart that's about to go into a tub. Luckily the quarts currently in rotation are the ones with SHIPs.
I also want to inoculate one via MS syringe just to see what will happen because I'm just using the bags up, don't really mind experimenting.
What do you think?

I think you might be better off adding colonized grain to a bag of substrate than going with LC. It is going to take a LONG time for it colonize a cake that large and will likely contaminate through that filter before then. As for how much, try doing one 650 gram brick of coir, 2 quarts verm, and maybe 4-6 quarts spawn. The ms will almost certainly contaminate before full colonization.

I don't like opening bags for g2g, I feel like you're just asking for contams. I figure GLC might take a while but as long as my PC technique is good, it won't spoil.
Any other opinions?

Hmm prep dry and use A LOT of LC.
When you say grain LC, do you mean blended grain or lc made from grain water?

Neither, I was going to inject sterile water into a grain jar, shake it and extract the instant glc.
I like methods like this because nothing ever gets opened. I have a SHIP on my jars and bags

SHIP is a contam vector too. But yeah, opening bags without a flowhood is risky, because they produce a lot of air movement. Opening jars in a SAB is fine tho.
