Hello! This is my first time when I grow so I'm a little afraid when to harvest them. They're Golden Teacher. Can u help me with some advices? Should I harvest them now or wait? How to dry them? Thx very much! https://imgur.com/noeYia4 https://imgur.com/OUDZA0G https://imgur.com/071sMHg https://imgur.com/ZfmcY4D

I'd Harvest Them When The Veils Start To Break. You Should Dry Them With A Dehydrator Until 100% "Cracker Dry".

At least a few days. I personally would wait until most veils break; ie. I donβt harvest when the first few veils break. So quite a few I harvest will have fully opened tops. But others may advise you to pick them all now just as the veils start to break. Your call dude, but loads of them are still tiny so Iβd personally wait 2 or 3 days minimum.
Good luck. p.s. they look really good; great effort DJ Ed

Get a dehydrator if you want to keep em more than a few weeks.
You probably won't get them cracker dry this way, and that means the actives are gonna degenerate a lot more rapidly.

Definitely get a fan blowing on them at the very least. Just sitting them out wonβt get the majority of the water out quick enough and they start to get nasty. At least in my fairly humid area.
Before I got a dehydrator I made a bag out of window screen material and would hang that in front of a fan. You can get them 85-90% dry this way then you keep them in a Tupperware with a cup of desiccant and they should be fine. I tripped for years off batches I had dried and stored this way.
And good job man ππππ₯³

From the moment when I start the grow kit to the moment I haverst them it's been 13 days, really fast. First pins after just 9 days, then 4 days fruiting and that s it. First pins look like this, I rounded them. It's the only photo I have https://imgur.com/DJj4EAZ Good luck and I hope the best for your mushrooms

Lol i dont think Ive ever seen mushrooms laid out so neat and orderly
That wont do for drying for any kind of medium-long term storage. Mushrooms are more than 90% water. They just wont be able to air dry with no help before they start turning. Id put them in a cardboard box with a fan blowing directly onto them, at the very least. You can build a cheap desiccant chamber with stuff you can get at a hardware store, if you can still leave the house. Just search here for a desiccant chamber tek or something, theres probably a few at least.
Before I had a dehydrator I used to put them in a cardboard box with a box fan on top blowing down for around 24 hours, then move them to a desiccant chamber to finish fully drying. That method works pretty well for smaller amounts, like what youve got going on.
