nobody here likes the invitro tek so they wont help you ... get on alt.drugs.mushrooms and post your question there....maybe ill post it for ya and get back to ya on the response... theres a few people there that will be glad to help ya out

you'd probally wanna crack them if your gonna let the primidora grow a little more, just to reduce the ammount of water that will collect in the jars that may cause water logged mushies or promote bacteria

Thanx, the growth seems to be going fine, lot of condensation on the top (I flipped them) but no contams.. they are 100% colonized, this is my first time growing so i dont want to mess anything up.

I tried B+ and they didn't do shit invitro. I have also cased them and they didn't do shit. I think B+ dosen't like me. I always call them B- or B-stank. Koh Samui did great invitro but potency was low.

I also don't think cracking the lids will be good. Way too much water loss. Some koh samui's were kept lid down w/ tape off holes and they did great. On the third flush the mushrooms look normal. On the fourth they barely touch the sides.
