Its been a long time since growing on straight Hpoo and I've forgotten then water amount per volume of Hpoo.
My Hpoo is bone dry

There isn’t going to be a specific answer since it depends on how dry your Hpoo is.. you want to get it to field capacity.  This is a gif.. I’d say even slightly less water coming out than what is presented here is more ideal ime Field capacity gif

Might want to think about mixing something in with the Hpoo.. straw or coir or even plain verm.. wet Hpoo can be pretty “thick” adding those other materials can help make the mix more airy

Thanks I'm now going on to my next bag but I see there's some white stuff growing on the manure I'm setting this batch out to cure as well.
Should I use or toss?

I usually like to grow on coir in the pass I used 50% Hpoo 25% coir 25% verm
But now I can't get coir or verm because of lockdown
And even when lock down is lifted the shops stopped stocking coir I bought there last batch
