Yeah, I'm getting stubby fruit so I read that low co2 can cause that. As a result I plugged up the polyfil holes again. The veils broke so that's why I pulled the rest of them. I'm keeping the humidity in the tubs at 98-99% and between 68-74°, typically at 71. Perfect temp control is a bit of a challenge at the moment. I'm really hoping my next flush gives me bigger fruits.

The mckennaii is a real cool picture too but that Mexican Dutch is just awesome. It’s large but perfectly proportioned and picked right on time.

Sorry ozz for hijacking your thread to drool.

Looks like spores, was there another mushroom over that spot??

Looks like they’re working out well but normally with perlite tubs you want just enough foil to keep the cake off the perlite.

Maybe try trimming down the ones taking longer.

I’ve never really been into cakes but I see people say using more perlite than normal can help a lot also.

Anyway congrats on the shrooms man, they look good.

Several surrounded that area actually, its just purple and not fluffing up so I was leaning towards spores.

Quick question, after harvesting should I place my cake back into colonizing conditions to speed recovery?

Deleting all those photos makes it so future users can't learn anything from this thread...
