Question about pin to harvest time

First off this is my first bulk grow. These started out as two all in one myco bags with grain/straw/compost soil mix. They colonized fast and I put them in a mono. The temp is 76 and I mist/fan 4-7 times per day. The light is a fluorescent light that sits outside the tub feeding other monos. But anyway my question is about pinning to harvest time because they started pinning about three weeks ago. Over three weeks there has steadily been more and more pins and they slowly get a little bigger but I’m concerned there might be a deeper issue here because some of the biggest of the small mushies veil has already broken so my fear is that they might have gotten as big as there gonna get. I just want to figure out the issue because I have a lot more to come and don’t want to keep making mistakes.

Looks dry as fuck.
I may be mistaken but I see bottom holes that are wide open without any poly or micropore, which could be causing issues.
Now, if your ambient humidity is relatively high (60-70%) then it's ok to have open holes with lots of air flow.
76 degree temps could be causing your surface to dry out quicker coupled with open holes. I've had to block off two air vents to keep hot, dry air from a furnace from drying out substrates.

Humidity meter reads 99% and hasn’t been below 91% but I did think it looked dry but at touch is still slightly moist I didn’t think it was getting enough air with the polyfill or micropore tape so I took it out and I thought it might be too humid with it in and has stayed 99 without so I just leave some covered

Why are you misting and fanning? Especially as much as you are. If you taped up those bottom holes and just left it alone it probably would have done fine.
Seriously, don't mist unless absolutely necessary and especially don't fan your monos.

I only mist when the water droplets have dried up on the sides and the humidity starts to go down. When I said mist/fan I really meant I fan 4-7 times per day and mist when the water droplets start to dry. That was bad wording on my part. But your saying not to fan monotubs? Is too much air a bad thing?

Yeah, don't fan at all. And mist only when necessary. And throw away that humidity meter, since they usually don't work to well at those levels and they're useless anyways.

Trust me. Don't fan monos it is absolutely unnecessary and works against you. When your sub is fully colonized, there will be little drops of condensation covering the surface of your sub. If those drops aren't present, then mist a bit but DO NOT fan after or ever.
If you're using a casing then only mist if the casing is visibly dry but if everything was made to proper capacity then you shouldn't have to mist at all before 1st flush

I have a couple of tubs with perlite bottom, and trays of colonized grain/sub in them. What about misting and fanning those?

Well no if you are using a sgfc then fanning is ok but still doesn't need to be excessive.

Ok then holes micro taped and fan/mist ceased.. it was a missed connection I guess when reading all those teks before getting started. Hopefully it wasn’t a complete waste. As long as I can get some prints out of this tube I will consider it a success.

It's just an unnecessary use of your energy. SGFC is just more tolerant to it than bulk methods.

None of those mushrooms are large but the largest are all around your air holes. Definitely strange to have pins hanging out for that long and not growing but I hope something kicks off for you because you have plenty.

Yes I did think that was strange that the majority of pins were closest to the walls of the tub near the holes, and it’s not that they haven’t grown here is a pic of yesterday vs today you can see they are growing and getting more pins
It’s just that it’s been pinning for almost three weeks
