I made some agar myself.. hope that went well.. it solidified all right👍 I transferred spores on two petri-dishes and with mycelium from the stem of the same mushroom I inoculated three petri-dishes.. 😬😊

hi I used plain tap-water, agar, yeast, a bit of some sort of molasses and a squirt of dark honey.

The two spores from the prints have taken to the agar. Only one of the mycelium from the stem has.. Will have to wait a few more days and then decide on wether to keep the other two or not🤔🤔

These are five agar plates taken from the best agar plate of the previous pictures. Nothing but rhizomorohic growth in all directions and ask very strong🍄😉😬✌️😊👍 I haven't got any tubes to make slants yet. I will be putting these in the fridge to stop them growing any further (which is hardly possible) and so them from pinning in the dishes😳 Happy Easter holiday

Looks great man. Why not let one or two pin and transfer that as an isolate?
Btw, don't forget to label your petris.
