Mixing colonized grains with hpoo

So the way it goes is you pasteurize the poo and then open the container/pillowcase and quickly mix it with colonized grains & seal it? For a brief while the poo will get exposed to fresh air and contams right?
Also is there a reason you can't just use hpoo instead of grains?

the poo won't contam if your spawn is clean and if it's pasteurized properly, you don't have to be clean or anything at this step anymore.
No, you can't skip the grains

Hey bro Yes you mix grain in with your hpoo I never seal anything, always allow for gas exchange (some sort of filter, i just use bod's unmodified tub which has no filter) yes the hpoo gets exposed but it also has beneficial microbes in it so its more resistant than grains. I've never tried using straight hpoo, i recommend sticking to grains. The colonized grains help to give many many points of growth throughout the substrate. Therefore you have much faster colonization and a much lower chance of contamination.
On a different note if you need to ask these questions, and assuming youve had a few pf grows i recommend sticking to a Grain and coir tek. Its a lot easier to pasteurize and get field capacity and doesn't contaminate as easy, it's also a lot nicer to get your hands on, prepare and work with in general. Something like this https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/24077162/fpart/1/vc/1
Please don't take this the wrong way, i mean no offence but.... I'm a little confused you have 20,001 post's. I feel as if you should already know the answer's to all those things. Do you already know the answer's? If not feel free to ask away ill help where i can.
anyways...
Good Luck

Just a little rusty. Most posts weren't under cultivation either.

If you want to use hpoo you can use the muda bucket method, I’ve done plenty that way and it’s a simple way to properly pasteurize.
Pillow case methods seem sketchy and messy at the least. The hpoo will provide some nutrition but mostly is for holding water, which is why a lot of people just go with coir instead since it doesn’t need proper pasteurization and is more contam resistant but works arguably just as well for cubes.
But to your other question..once your grain spawn is fully colonized it is contam resistant. Anything that tries to gain a foothold is fought off by the established cube mycelium which is why you can spawn your grain to your bulk substrate in open air without worrying.
