2nd Round, Different Strain Unbodified Mono from a Noob

Switched up from a unBodified Mono with GTs to an UnBodified Mono with Bee Plus.
Went SS>EasyAF Oats Jars > Bod's COCO + Oats Monos and SS>AGAR plate> AF Oats Jars > Bod Coco + oats monos and SP>Agar Plate> EAF Oats Jars > Bod Coco + oats monos
Now I will be doing this= and G2G in SAB > EAF Oats Jars > Bod Coco + oats monos
I ran intro some trouble with the green monster and the GTs on the last round with 1 tub so felt like split testing 2 tubs smaller 32 qt sterilites and the rest 54 qt. So far, the 32qt seems to hold a better surface moisture level (and more even).
Here's another think I noticed this time: I was super careful of FC on this one so I even found I needed to squeeze H2o out of the COCO before introducing it to the monos. They seem to be working better this way. I also added a coco layer on top instead of leaving bare to avoid surface drying out. This is how I got the green last time. I was over misting then over drying AND it was in a 54qt. They seem to almost have separate micro climates with in the mono itself.. Much trickier.
So here are the first three b4 I did, prior to the 4th one being made
 Here are all 4 today
and here are the oats in the assembly line
As a newb, I can tell the other newbs, Get tons of jars, go to the horse feed store and get a bag of oats, and load up, and make tons. ALL of this came from 1 SS ordered from one of the vendors on here.
Another note: B+ grows lightening faster and fluffier (at least the Myc) than the GTs. We shall see how they end up!
I was having some trouble with whether or not to flip lid or keep regular, to start in fruiting or not start in fruiting, so I said fuck it and started in fruiting with lids upside down.
I am in a drier climate so struggle with it drying out on edges on the big ones, but the smaller ones seem to stay perfect, so I may stick to the smaller 32qts.

Here are the 2 smaller ones today (Day 10) The one on the right was from rye (I forgot to put above that one tub came SS>rye
Here are the big ones:
 Day 8
 Day 4
So that's where I am at.
Do they look alright?
And any other noobs who have ?s I started knowing Nothing in Jan, and have come a long way thanks to this place, and Bod. Bod, you posts and Teks have been insanely helpful (and made me laugh).
Thank you everyone for helping with this fascinating hobby. Now I even became friends with the mushroom guy at one of the farmers markets and he and I swap prints!!!

I have super low humidity in my room and mine usually do perfect with a top layer and the lids snapped on.
And yeah you just need one syringe, you’ll have a lifetime supply before it runs out and a stockpile of prints.

I thought Bod said to never snap? When do you flip the lid then? Are you on unmodified tubs?
